About

Nonograms, also known as Paint by Numbers, Picross, Griddlers, Pic-a-Pix, Hanjie, and various other names, are picture Logic puzzle in which cells in a grid must be colored or left blank according to numbers at the side of the grid to reveal a hidden picture. *** Rule *** In Nonogram, the numbers are a form of discrete tomography that measures how many unbroken lines of filled-in squares there are in any given row or column. For example, a clue of "4 8 3" would mean there are sets of four, eight, and three filled squares, in that order, with at least one blank square between successive sets. *** Features *** ● More than 200 hand crafted beautiful pixel arts ● There are various topics to have fun with ● Playing and learning about nature at the same time ● Using hint can help you in difficult time ● Easy controls, either using drag or d-pad ● Support Monotone and Color Mode ● Support zooming in big size level ● Playing session is saved/resumed automatically ● Don’t forget to using Mark (X) to solve the puzzle easier *** Strategy *** Simpler puzzles can usually be solved by a reasoning on a single row only (or a single column) at each given time, to determine as many boxes and spaces on that row as possible. Then trying another row (or column), until there are no rows that contain undetermined cells. Some more difficult puzzles may also require several types of "what if?" reasoning that include more than one row (or column). This works on searching for contradictions: When a cell cannot be a box, because some other cell would produce an error, it will definitely be a space. And vice versa. Advanced solvers are sometimes able to search even deeper than into the first "what if?" reasoning. It takes, however, a lot of time to get some progress. If you like to solve classic logic puzzles such as sudoku, minesweeper, pixel art or different math games, you will love Nonogram.

Editing to say that after completing every puzzle the game has to offer, this is 100% my favourite nonogram app ! It has great controls, a simplistic and intuitive UI, and I love the nature aesthetic and all of the interesting facts you get with every puzzle. I have gone so far as to reset my progress so that I can replay, no other nonogram app even comes close to the polish of this one in my opinion, and I'd recommend this to any enjoyer of nonogram puzzles.

These are the things that make this absolutely perfect: You don't need to complete puzzles in ascending difficulty levels. You can choose a puzzle for what level you're in the mood for and there are endless puzzles. Layout and self-created color options to personalize your experience. Visually appealing. No annoying story mode. Evolution mode is fun. Ads are not intrusive and the price point to remove them is fair. The best nonogram game I've ever played.

love that this has a paper mode that allows you to play the game without being told immediately if you've made a mistake, for some reason other monogram apps are missing this. I also love the interesting facts we get whenever solving them. however some nonograms (first astrology for example) is impossible to solve in paper mode meaning I had to guess and hope I guessed right. I think some nonograms need a square or 2 prefilled to make them fully solvable

Good, but the controls are not clearly marked, and it took me a while to figure out what the little flower symbol was supposed to mean. It also automatically marks you wrong if you try to put a color where an x should be, but not vice versa, and there's no way to turn that off. Decent gameplay, just needs a tweak or two.

Almost perfect version of this game. I really don't understand what people are talking about when it comes to controls. You can hold down and see exactly what you're touching before committing. I only have two critiques: I wish I could change settings mid game. Like turning sound on/off. Second, the game darkens the numbers that you've completed, but it does it even if *you* don't know you've completed it (as in, it could be a different answer). This basically gives a big clue away.

Everything I want in a picross/nonogram game. It has both error-checking and unguided modes. In unguided mode, filling a line with X/"no" marks only fills empty squares. You can solve the puzzles in any order you want. The overall vibe is beautiful and relaxing without being intrusive. And there's no story or other mechanics to deal with between puzzles. The ads are unobtrusive and relevant (without being creepy), or you can pay to remove them.

I did end up buying the ad free package, and so far, I am enjoying the lovely experience of nonograms. Every picture I finish gives a really fun fact about the image itself! I'm learning so much about plants and astronomy. It's so rewarding to see the finished image. I also just really enjoy how challenging the nonograms get. Very well made! Definitely worth the ad free buy.

It's fun. When you get the right square filled in, it stays filled in. You can't accidentally erase it. I often hit wrong spots, and some games I've played will erase the right spot. Not this one. You also get a small bit of info about the pictures. Handy, especially with plants, etc. that you've never heard of. The game is simple to play and well-explained. I've finished some sections but there is still a nice chunk to come. Very enjoyable, very entertaining. The world disappears when you play.

I've downloaded this game over 4 times, I complete it, uninstall then redownload just so I can do the puzzles over. It's a great game to kill time, challenging yet satisfying. I'd love an option to reset the puzzles so I don't have to uninstall it each time. Also challenges would be great, like completing a level without losing a life. All in all one of my favourite apps :)

I recently got into these types of puzzles & I'm a big fan of this app. There are many different puzzles to choose from & many of them are challenging in a fun way. You have the option to zoom in but it's MUCH easier to solve the puzzle if you can see the whole thing. Unfortunately the precision with touching small squares is not great & I'll often accidentally hit a wrong square. There's also only a few easy/medium puzzles to play; the rest are difficult.

Lovely graphics and intuitive UI. Great if you're a fan of nonograms as there are lots of puzzles to do. The facts are also pretty cool, it's a nice little reward for completing each puzzle. The only thing I don't like is that the zoom function is too disorienting to be useful, but that might not be a fault of design and more of it just not working for my brain specifically.
